The Tapteal Water Trail Map is intended to become part of the Tepteal Greenway website. The Chiawana Water Trail Map also includes the Tapteal Water Trail. It currently only includes sites along the left bank (Franklin Co. and Pasco) of the Columbia. We intend to include the right bank in the near future. The map has four sections, the Tapteal Trail on the Yakima and the Ringold to Selph Landing, Selph Landing to Chiawana Park and Chiawana to Sacagawea Park.
To use the map by clicking on the links below and the map will appear in a new tab. To learn more about a given site, click on the site symbol and a pop-up will appear that provides: the Site Name, River Mile, a brief description, a link to an extended description, a link to an external web site such as from the WDFW and a photo. The map key can be used to hide/show parts of the map. Most useful is to turn off the Google Satellite Map to see the underlying Street Map.
